Characteristics:
The first stage is SHJ twin screw extruder without die. Through the combiantion of barrel and screw , extruder can extert its strong ability to make the thermo sensibility like PVC melting, compounding , dispersing and decentralizing under the condition of no back pressure.
The seccond stage is single screw extruder. Because of te lower rotating speed, it can complete melting, compounding lengthways and forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating.
